Job Responsibilities: Handling a team of professionals to handle the below job responsibilities:
LITIGATION:
Handling commercial disputes and litigations with global customers, vendors, employees
Interfacing with internal clients and external counsels to front-end and successfully in resolving disputes
Interacting with liability insurers on disputes and litigations for appropriate claim cover
Reporting to management with analysis of the disputes, litigations
COMPLIANCE: Creating and maintaining culture of compliance by understanding local statutory compliance requirements, reviewing the gaps, if any, in compliance and timely filling the gaps.
Interacting with statutory bodies on compliance, compliance disputes
Reporting to management on identified gaps in compliance and actions for timely bridging them

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualification: LLB, preferably from a premier law institute in India.
Experience: 5-8 years post-qualification experience in working with corporate house (preferably from IT/ITES industry) having a multi-national presence or with a leading law firm handling one or more of the below job responsibilities.
