Required Attributes
BE/MBA, or other tertiary qualification
Excellent oral and written communication skills, good presentation skills 
8-11 yrs experience in one or more of the following: 
implementing IT projects (complete SDLC) in Banking
business operations or process
functional/domain consulting, business analysis, or system analysis and design
Sound understanding of the banking industry and the banking IT landscape
Expertise in the domain of Corporate Banking (also called any of Institutional Banking, Commercial Banking, Wholesale Banking, or Business Banking)
Expertise mandatory in one or more of the following domain components:
Transaction Banking
Cash Management
Liquidity Management
Trade Finance
Corporate/Commercial Lending
Corporate/Commercial Cards
Payments/Settlements
Foreign Exchange processing
SWIFT
Corporate account management
Corporate customer onboarding
Corporate core banking
Corporate portals
Corporate mobile solutions
Corporate banking analytics
Corporate banking risk and compliance
Expertise may be any of the following: functional, business process, business operations (back, front or mid-office), or technology
Experience working at a bank’s corporate division will be beneficial
Experience working with international banks will be beneficial
Experience in requirements gathering & documentation, functional specification documentation, use case documentation and functional test planning & test case generation
Should have played customer-facing role in either operations or technology groups within corporate banks or in a service provider firm (technology or BPO/KPO)
Should have worked overseas preferably in the US, UK or Australia/NZ, and should not have significant location-constraints, and must be open to high travel
Experience with solution consulting, devising solutions, or domain consulting will be considered very favorably
Project management skills will be considered a bonus
Should possess team management skills
Should be able to provide coaching/mentoring to team members and provide domain guidance to technical teams as required
Should have participated in RFP response preparation (if worked in technology services firm), independently estimated and validated project efforts
Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office toolset
