BE/MBA
5-10  yrs experience in implementing projects (complete SDLC) in the Investment Banking domain and good knowledge of the overall banking IT landscape
 Sound understanding of Banking and Capital markets industry
 Expertise on one or more of the following IB domain areas:
Data Management (reference data – instrument, client / market data, LEI), Clearing & Settlement, Reconciliation and Exception Management, Trade Analytics, Strategy modeling and testing, HFT / Algorithmic Trading, Order Management Systems, Securities Processing
Risk & Regulatory Compliance, Reporting
Experience and expertise mandatory in requirements gathering & documentation, functional specification documentation, use case documentation and functional test planning & test case generation.
Should have played customer facing role in either an operations or technology groups within the securities industry or in a service provider firm (technology or BPO/KPO type) in reference data, market data and unstructured data space.
Should have worked overseas preferably in UK or the US and should not have significant location-constraints and must be open to high travel. 
Should possess Team management skills.
Should be able to provide coaching/mentoring team members and provide domain guidance to technical teams as required.
Should have participated in RFP responses (if worked in IT services firm).
Should have superior Microsoft Office skills / expertise.
 
Good to Have
 
·         Having experience in giving “solution” proposition to the client
·         Exposure to any of the IB domain SI products such as Murex, Calypso, Summit, Front Arena, Asset-Control, Mantas, Actimize, SmartStream, Apama, OneTick, CheckFree AND OMSs such as Sungard, Charles River, Fidessa etc is a BIG plus
·         Hands-on experience on PL/SQL, xls, other tools such as MatLab, R etc, and on FIX, SWIFT, TIBCO & BIG Data Analytics is an added advantage
