Job Description

As a Client Services Associate you will have to work closely with the sales team and the advertising operations team in executing sales deals relating to advertising campaign execution and management. Review and enter contract information into systems, obtain creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling and launching of advertising campaigns. Provide troubleshooting assistance and guidance for testing and scheduling advertising campaigns, creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under management. In addition, you are expected to provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers & suggest improvement opportunities in areas on ad policy area or campaign execution process.

Minimum Qualifications
University degree holder with 2 - 3 years of experience in post-sales, sales coordination, project management, advertising campaign management and advertising trafficking;
Excellent Communication skills in written & oral Chinese and English;
Knowledge in Japanese / Mandarin is a plus;
Positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential;
Highly flexible to work in a rapidly changing team environment;
Detail-oriented, customer service focused, able to perform well under a deadline-driven environment with strong sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated, can-do attitude & good team member;
University degree holder with 4 – 6 years of experience in post-sales, sales coordination, project management, advertising campaign management and advertising trafficking, preferably in online industry;
Knowledge in Mandarin/Japanese/Korean language is a plus;
Good problem-solving skills & be able to escalate issues by exercising good judgment of proposing solutions to management for decision.
