Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead a multi-discipline engineering team to execute engineering (concept / FEED / detailed) of oil and gas facilities, structures / foundation and pipelines.
Manage Client team members or representatives, meet needs and develop and maintain good relationship.
Understand EPCI scope of work and role of the engineering in successful delivery of the assigned project.
Lead establishing engineering execution plan per agreed procedures suitable to meet the project objectives and milestones and execution strategy set.
Support establish competitive level 3 EPCI schedule, setting up challenging but logical engineering schedule
Establishing and management of a cohesive and functional task force. Prepare mobilization and demobilization plan; provide regular input to resource planning team.
Responsible for regular progress reporting both to project and functional management 
Monitor execution of projects per set execution plan, schedule and ensure full compliance with approved procedures.
Administration of engineering budgets, estimates, forecasts and schedule to achieve set KPIs.
Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality. Achieve milestones set and coordinate design review and audits.
Ensure constructability reviews are conducted effectively as per the schedule.
Safety – Responsible for ensuring, personal safety safe working practices, safety in design requirements are met and support corporate HSE initiatives
Support functional management in team members mid term and annual appraisal provide inputs to individual KPI aligning some in achieving project objectives / targets.
Support in mentoring, training and development of project engineers and coordinators on the job
Desired Skills & Experience

Experience:       
15 yrs of experience with major focus on engineering of Oil and Gas projects. Minimum 5 years of offshore oil and gas project experience out of which at least 3 years in engineering management of offshore oil and gas projects.
Experience with reputed international engineering and EPCI companies and on international project will be added advantage.
 
Education:         
Basic - Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology
