Desktop Engineer (lotus notes)
- Hands on experience on trouble shooting Desktop, Laptop, Application software’s
- Good knowledge on Installation and configuration of OS, Application software.
- Experience/ Sound Knowledge on Lotus Notes client
- Good written and verbal skills are critical along with the ability to interact with other employees in a professional and tactful manner.
- Proficient in using the PC’s, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and demonstrate the ability to be flexible with the hours of work.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Ability to resolve conflict appropriately and effectively resolve problems
- Ability to organize, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of Associates and management, as well as with the public and outside vendors
Other Criteria’s:
Experience: 1 Yr – 4 Yrs
Education: 10+ 2+ Any full time Graduation from a government recognized university/ 3 Yrs full time diploma (15 Years of Full time education mandatory)
