JOB SUMMARY The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a state of the art manufacturing facility and associated warehouse in the food and beverage industry that budgetary numbers look to be in excess of $350M. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project from conceptual design to first production run, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing a project plan, setting project goals and objectives, and managing the project budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing a cross functional project team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. This role will also be responsible for monitoring progress, resolving issues, and communicating with stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the project meets all safety and quality standards as well as complies with company, industry, and local requirements and regulations. As Automation & Industry 4.0 principals will be a foundation for this state of the art facility & warehouse design, this role should have experience working with these concepts and implementations. The candidate should be familiar with working and managing projects in India with an understanding of local customs, and requirements. This facility should be the blueprint that we will be replicating across the CPS network. Not just necessarily when looking to design new greenfield facilities but also for enhancing the existing facilities across the globe. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence senior leaders and stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, including multinational teams, while also managing relationships with vendors from various geographies. The ability to leverage leading-edge technology to drive the project's success is crucial. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Lead & Direct the design for a state of the art facility incorporating key strategic elements such as warehouse automation, lights out manufacturing principals and influence stakeholders including but not limited to CPS Senior Leadership team Direct the construction and execution of facility once stakeholder alignment for Negotiate for resources to ensure deliver of project scope of work including staffing and budgetary considerations Provide Updates to key stakeholders including Senior Leadership Work with local authorities to ensure all permits, and approvals are completed. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, suppliers, local authorities and other stakeholders Monitor progress of project and proactively address any potential issues. COMMUNICATION & INFLUENCE • Works to influence business decisions made by leadership within own job function and others outside of own job function on policies, practices and procedures • Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership on matters of significant (vs. strategic) importance to the organization • Requires ability to stakeholders outside the organization with a common desire to reach a solution • Conducts briefings with leaders within and outside of the job function. KNOWLEDGE • Thought leader mastering specific professional discipline / area of exper tise combining broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies with organizational practice across several different disciplines within a function • Typically requires a University Degree (Master) or equivalent experience • Typically requires 7 to 10 years of prior relevant experience.
