Job Description

MSEE or PhD with 10+ years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of managing teams in a similar role

* Hands-on manager of an international development team
* Development of hi-speed PCIe and SAS/SATA IP and subsystem solutions, including Architecture, Design and Functional Verification.
* Manage customer engagements: Understand customer concerns and the impact of the proposed solutions
* Interact with diverse global development teams on a regular basis to meet customer requirements

• Must Haves:
– Leadership skills
– Dynamic personality who can work with local and cross continental/cross functional remote teams.
– Motivational skills to meet aggressive schedules.
– Problem solving skills.
– Ability to design for scalability and reuse with verification and validation goals in mind.

• Technical Skills:

– Strong PCIe and SAS/SATA protocol expertise
– ASIC/FPGA Design and Verification expertise with LAN, SAN and chip interconnect background.
– Good coding and documentation skills
– Verilog, System Verilog, C++, EDA CAD tools
– Synthesis, STA and Logic Equivalence
– Silicon bring up, FPGA board bring-up and emulation skills are good to have.
