Job Description

Minimum of 2 – 3 years of Dynamics 2011 CRM Deployment experience
Minimum of 1 – 2 years of SharePoint 2010 Deployment experience
Database scripts package deployment
Experience in ADFS setup and configuration
Experience in defining Release process for product development, considering all technical areas CRM Dynamics, Sharepoint, .NET, Silverlight
Manage entire release management
Liaison with software product vendors, service providers and client during release and issue resolution
Work with Development team and troubleshoot deployment issues
Expertise in deployment using TFS and tools like Powerscript
Experience researching, evaluating, and coding existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects
Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and good listening skills to translate in the other direction.
Proven skills in translating user requirements into software functionality and configuring product to meet needs
Product troubleshooting skills and facilitation skills to ensure customer testing occurs
Work on automating release process using tools/scripting language such as powerscript/Tivoli/TFS
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools
Working knowledge of:
o SQL Reporting Services
o ASP.NET
o jScript

Deliver high-quality deployment consulting services to ensure solution / product implementation and go-live success.
Define and establish the product release management process for various product releases and customer deployments including rollback processes
Define and establish the software configuration management process including source control for various product releases and customer deployments
Create content to contribute to our continuous improvement of our methodologies, templates, etc.
including but not limited to best practices, certification programs and product management.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within both customer, vendor and partner organizations.
