Systems Analyst - Quality Assurance- Oracle Apps Qualcomm - Hyderabad


Job Description

Job Function 
Review user requirements, functional specifications and provide feedback Collaborate with project managers, systems analysts and developers to provide test estimates Develop and maintain manual test scripts throughout the production release cycle Execute test scripts, perform functional/system integration/regression and performance testing Evaluate and test new or modified software programs to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to functional specification Collaborate with QA team to identify and plan test automation strategy Perform root cause analysis; have SQL proficiency and the ability to isolate system problems Provide clear written and verbal communication on defects, test results and status to the systems analysts, project managers, and developers Coordinate production release testing activities Contribute to continuous process improvement of the QA department Provide defects / performance metrics when necessary 

Skills/Experience 
3-5 years of experience in: * 3+ years functional experience with Oracle eBusiness 11i - Conducting manual tests in accordance with the test plans to assure proper system functionality. - Documenting test results describing problems encountered. - Analysis of requirements and design of documents to identify all functions to be tested. - Creating test plans and test scripts Experience in Oracle ERP is a plus Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills 

Responsibilities 

Education Requirements 
Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience
