Job Description
Position Summary
As Technical Training Lead for India, the person will be the key point of contact for all technical learning initiatives for India (Scope 1500+ highly qualified engineers). The incumbent will partner closely with the Business, addressing India-specific technical learning initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose and Identify strategic learning initiatives in the technical domain and planning each quarter to ensure alignment of initiatives, resources and budget.
• Drive the review and implementation of the Annual Technical training plan and ensure cascade of consistent tools and templates across the organization.
o Identify world class facilitators (like IITs) to scale learning opportunities and initiatives in Technical areas and work with them to customize the courses for Adobe as appropriate.
o Liaising with, and monitoring the quality of, external learning and development service providers/partners.
• Implementation of learning evaluation procedures and analysis of feedback in order to effectively evaluate the impact of development activities at organizational, team and individual level.
• Communicate, Brand and share Technical Programs, tracking and ensuring enrollment.
• Create & Interact with key stake holders for content development to identify gaps in skill sets.
• Research, share and apply best practices in the area. Stay informed on current Technology trends, leveraging literature, methods, techniques and tools by building and maintaining knowledge base.

Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements
• BE /BTech (preferably CS/E&C) with line experience.
• 10-15 (min 10 years) of experience in High Technology industry /Learning Consulting experience /Academician in Technical domain.
• Strong background in creating & driving technical learning and development initiatives.
• Managed multiple projects & responsibilities in high pace environment.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and thought leadership.
• Collaborative & Customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization with sensitivity to and knowledge of the different business units and organizations within Adobe.
• Established network of academicians and trainers.
