Sr. Manager - Corporate HR of MNC - Bengaluru
Job Description
-Responsible for entire gamut of strategic and tactical HR interventions,policies, practices for White collar employees including talent acquisitionprograms, retention, engagement, development of the talent
-Strategic Performance Management systems, compensation structure in a matrixorganization
-Lead and participate in critical ,business strategy development, as a strategic business partner
-Succession and career planning , Strategicposition and staffing plans, development of global managers
-Meeting stake holder expectations – internal business divisions, parentdivisions across businesses (working in a matrix organization involvingcurrently two business divisions)
-Conceptualize and roll out Indiaspecific initiatives to meet targets for development of employees
-Employer branding, competency management, training and job enrichment fordeveloping and acquiring talent.
-Effective roll out and use of HR instruments like Management dialogue, transition workshops, open house etc.
-Plan and execute strategies / projects in HR deployed by Corporate HR
-Support other entities in India
-Develop & implement a holistic HR Plan focusing on systematic, cultural, skill & social development in line with the business needs.
-Active interaction and partnering with external agencies like CII, HR forums, HR consultants.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 10 - 15 years of experience
- MBA in HR with a good academic record
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience in matrix organization structure
- Experience in change management, creation of leadership culture
- Future and result focused
- Leadership Skills and strength of leadership
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Depth of Knowledge and experience in the areas of conceptualizing, designing and implementing programs in talent acquisition, university marketing, recruitment and HR administration
