VP - Order to Cash - Process Lead IBM Global Process Services - Bangalore, Gurgaon


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction for the O2C process in India and more broadly in Asia-Pacific.
Support multiple delivery centers and 1,500+ staff throughout Asia-Pacific in O2C process design and execution.
Represent the O2C process in sales activities, (including client visits to delivery locations) as well as developing solutions for clients during bid processes.
Work actively with the solution team to design solutions in the O2C space and guide/mentor the team members.
Represent IBM as a senior expert, in discussions with existing clients about their operations and suggest opportunities to improve.
Investigate market technologies and trends and recommend applications in the O2C process
Actively consider industry participants for acquisition or partnership relationships and suggest recommendation to senior executive management.
Overall provide a strategic outlook towards driving industry leadership in O2C domain for IBM.
Desired Skills & Experience

Multi industry O2C experience in a B2B environment running a delivery operations.
Familiar with the industry TPA processes.
Relevant experience with a major 3rd Party F&A player.
Depth of understanding of different B2B O2C technology platforms and relative strengths and weaknesses.
Understanding the competitive landscape and have the ability to drive deal teams to include O2C solutions that drive differentiations for IBM.
Ability to manage senior professionals with minimal supervision.
Experience in targeting acquisitions and exposure in international O2C delivery will be an added advantage.
Forward and Strategic thinking on introducing new technology on the O2C front.
Flexibility for extensive international travel.

QUALIFICATIONS : CA/CWA , MBA - Finance, Graduate
