Business Consulting Lead - Honeywell Technology Solutions - Bengaluru


Job Description

Responsibility: 
-Work closely with senior leadership to develop a framework for driving new technology initiatives and business concepts 
-Work with Honeywell businesses to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation 
-Manage a team of domain consultants with varied experience, knowledge and backgrounds 
-Work in a matrix organization to deliver solutions to Honeywell businesses and customers 
-Understand business drivers, provide relevant information and intelligence for defining IT strategy and effective planning for coming years 
-Work with the business unit leader in developing and implementing annual strategic and operating plans.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications: 
-Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Electronics or Information Systems followed by Management Degree in Systems / General Management / Operations. Consulting experience is a bonus. 

Experience: 
-10-15 years of experience in a consulting and technology organization with both technical as well as business management knowledge and qualification 

Skill sets : 
-Ability to articulate strategy and vision for technology in response to business vision, goals and objectives 
-Ability to formulate recommendations for action, taking into account broader managerial and business implications 
-Ability to conceptualize and recommend solutions to a business problem 
-Must have strong client and people management skills 
-Must have business process analysis and re-engineering skills 
-Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and organization skills 
-Strong interest in technologies & ability to understand and deal with technology 
-Ability to work within a cross functional team and highly matrix environment and influence stakeholders 
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to communicate at the highest executive levels in the organization
