Experience working with or in brands in brand marketing, competitive landscape, local market and other media Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders, and working in multicultural, cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications: MBA degree. Experience working with TV/media/online video sales Experience in relationship building with C-level executives and a strong track record in visionary leadership. Demonstrated cross-functional understanding of media businesses and management operations. Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial and able to set up and successfully run large advertiser facing projects. About the job In this role, you'll lead, plan and deliver on the product strategy within India for our high-growth customers. You'll also drive joint business plans, strategic agreements and product incentive programs with large agencies and customers. You will develop the right strategy for your market, with the India leadership team, and then configuring your organization and specialist teams to be well aligned and deliver is key. You use your strategic and business experience to anticipate where the market and our products are going and to develop a plan to best position Google for that future. In this role, you will be an integral player within the Large Customer Sales organization, leading discussions with key client stakeholders to drive in-quarter and future business growth. You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You are dedicated to being our clients’ best partner and growing their businesses through right performance, brand, measurement and tech transformation solutions. You will focus on go-to-market efforts for Search, Video, Display, Apps, measurement and tech transformation solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Global Product Leads, and Sales across channels, drive beta tests with emerging products and recommend new ways to test, launch and learn so we can develop faster and help clients thrive. You will also coordinate with country clusters counterparts to provide sales and account management teams with training, case studies and insights to drive business growth as well as identify key opportunities to innovate based on needs in the field and influence product strategy accordingly. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities Serve as a growth engine for the country by driving strategic product solutions for the market. Be the main conduit between sales, customers and product teams to exchange valuable information that will help us build relevant ad solutions for our partners Drive tech-transformation for our partners to ensure we can future proof our business and be the preferred partners in their journey Represent user and advertiser needs to our product development teams in Mountain View to build locally relevant products that will help us meet dynamic needs of the market. Keep challenging the status quo Consult with senior business leaders on prioritizing right business opportunities and strategies that will help drive sustainable long-term growth Develop strategic business plans for the country, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable and execute the plan in partnership with them
