We are recruiting a Leadership Sourcer to hire for leadership (Director+) positions within our Business functions across India & broader APAC. The successful candidate will partner directly with India & global Facebook leadership and XFN partners to build and execute the leadership sourcing strategy to attract, source and engage the best diverse senior talent ensuring the delivery of Facebook’s growth plans across India & APAC. This position will report to the Manager, Business Leadership Recruiting and Sourcing APAC. Gurgaon, India is the preferred location.

Leadership Sourcer Responsibilities Design and execute the leadership talent sourcing framework for Director+ positions. This includes understanding and mapping the external talent landscape, managing internal candidates with the highest levels of care, providing a great experience to referrals and working with XFN Partners (HRBP, Comp, Recruiting Operations) to deliver on Director+ hiring Partner with global Facebook Leadership to manage all leadership sourcing activities which includes attracting (campaigns, networking & events), pipelining, sourcing, interviewing & calibrating senior talent for roles at Facebook Independently identify, source, interview and advocate Facebook as a great place to work for all candidates Partner with Facebook Leadership and Leadership Recruiters on both open roles & proactive pipelining. Responsible for building and executing on both a medium and long term pipelining strategy for a dedicated portfolio primarily focussed on India Leadership Hiring Network with top talent both in the region and globally Partner with Executive Search firms as appropriate Own all research and competitive intelligence as it relates to Facebook’s leadership talent needs Partner with marketing to build on the strengths of Facebook’s existing recruiting brand and candidate messaging Minimum Qualifications 5+ years executive search within an agency or corporate environment within the India Market Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting senior level roles of Directors and above, in a fast paced recruiting environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven experience in identifying & engaging high profile and high calibre, senior-level passive candidates Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships with leaders and effective at partnering with team and clients, including senior management Prior use of talent supply or pipeline data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge and experience of search within the international media and/or technology sectors
